Sizing & fit
How do I pick the right size?
Measure across your dog's brow, just above the eyes, from one side to the other. Match that measurement to the size chart on the product page. Sizes run from 10cm (S) to 17cm (XL). If your dog falls between two sizes, go up — the straps take up the slack.
Will they stay on?
There are two adjustment points: an over-the-head strap and an under-the-chin strap. Tighten both so you can slide one finger underneath. Most dogs need a few short sessions to get used to them before a full beach day.
My dog hates wearing them. Any advice?
Start indoors, five minutes at a time, with treats. Let them wear the goggles pushed up on the forehead first. Almost every dog gets there within a week — rushing it is the main reason they don't.
Are they suitable for flat-faced breeds?
Pugs, bulldogs and other brachycephalic breeds often fit well in S or M, but the shorter muzzle means the chin strap sits differently. Email us your brow measurement and a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work.

Do they actually block UV?
Yes — the lenses are tinted and anti-UV. They're most useful in high-glare conditions: snow, open water, white sand, and long drives with sun through the windscreen.
Can my dog swim in them?
They're waterproof, so splashing, surf and rain are fine. We don't recommend deep diving — water pressure can shift the fit.
What are they made of?
A polyester frame with tinted anti-UV lenses and adjustable elastic straps.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most of the world. A small number of countries are excluded, mostly remote territories and places where reliable delivery isn't possible. If your country isn't available at checkout, that's why.
Will I pay customs or duty?
Possibly, depending on where you are. Any import duty or tax is set by your country and is the recipient's responsibility. Most orders at this value clear without charges.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

What if they don't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return them. See our Returns page for how it works.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email contact@zappsy.store with a photo within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage, and you won't need to send anything back.
