A few things are answered faster on our other pages:

• FAQ — sizing, fit, getting your dog used to wearing them
• Shipping & Delivery — delivery times, tracking, customs
• Returns & Refunds — how to send something back

If you're emailing about an existing order, include your order number and we'll get to it quicker.
